Adventure to the Train Station

After Italian and Theology on Tuesday, Kathryn and I decided to try walking to Termini, the train station in Rome, so we could buy Eurail passes. We figured out how to get there, and were SO excited to finally find it after over an hour of walking. Then, after we waited in line for another half hour at the train station (if there's anything I've learned about Italy, it's that NOTHING is efficient), we got up to the ticket booth only to find out that we needed our passports, which we had forgotten, whoops. Something about Italy just seems to make those things happen to us over and over, but we at least had fun exploring the city. We stopped at Giolitti's for some well deserved gelato on the way back from our three hour trip.
